Neil Bramsen is a JB  local who was drawn to the south coast area by its natural beauty, quality of life and no traffic lights (this is now under threat due to the Stockland development!).

Sometime teacher, writer, artist, parent, student, home brewer, ski bum, bushwalker, kayaker and surfer.

Cool stuff here from what I’ve seen so far.

I’ve spent the past 25 years living down this way and never visited JB( pretty slack I know). I’m definitely going to have to rectify that soon, as I’d love to get to the Tubes and see if I can’t land myself a decent fish.

As for Stockland, Pfftt. We’ve got them here in Batemans Bay and it has caused a lot of traffic chaos (and bloody dangerous for pedestrians trying to walk around that part of the Bay). I’ve got nothing against the company, just the planning and layout.

Best be off now but I’ll definitely come back for a bit of a poke around. Perhaps we’ll see you back over at Scribbly (Just ignore some of the BS that goes on occasionally, 99% of the regulars are a friendly and helpful bunch.

Thanks for the positive feedback – and yes get a visit in before Stockland delivers the Bays first set of traffic lights – time to move to another no traffic light town maybe!
